Particulars of Order or Dismissal:Defendant forced to enter forthwith into a recognizance in the sum of Five Pounds, with two sureties of Two Pounds Ten Shillings each to keep the peace and be of good behaviour towards all his Majestys subjects and particularly towards Patrick Geary for twelve months and in default to be imprisoned in Galway Gaol for the period of ?? unless said recognized be sooner entered in.
