John Barry & Honorah Brien

John Barry was born around 1801. He lived in Ring, Clonakilty, Ireland and around 1850 he came to Newport Wales and lived in Fothergill Street and then in Reform Buildings. He worked as a general labourer and as a shoemaker. He died on July 9th, 1876.

Honorah Brien was born around 1800 and lived in Ring, Clonakilty, Ireland. She does not appear in any records apart from the birth of her children and it appears that she died before her husband moved to Wales around 1850.

John and Honorah had six children. Apart from their son Patrick, who came to Newport, Wales with John, there are no records after their baptisms.
